The Gado-gado is back! This warm Indonesian salad consists of cucumber, spinach, beansprouts, potatoes, green beans, Chinese cauliflower, hard-boiled egg (optional), and pan-fried tempe (optional) covered in a sweet and spicy Indonesian peanut sauce. Served with our signature coconut-lemongrass rice and emping crackers (when available).
